I am a driven, creative and results-oriented Legal Operations advisor. A quick thinker with strong analytical skills who understands complex problems as well as the commercial and financial drivers behind them. As a decisive, energetic and positive-minded team player, I naturally take charge and assure optimal legal operations.
I have a proven track record in the field of Legal Operations, assisting legal departments and law firms in operations and project management as well as execution. I provide advice on strategic planning, operating models and support in the coordination and implementation of their strategic programs.

After successfully completing a LLM from Groningen University, I started my career working in the M&A practice at Stibbe, Amsterdam. Then I made the move as Senior Legal Operations Manager to PVH Europe, which owns iconic brands such as Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. Here, I set up and managed the legal operations department. I was responsible for departmental effectiveness and enhancing the operational and organizational aspects of PVH Europe's Legal function, across several key areas.

Since 2021, I provide Legal Operations advisory services to law firms and in-house legal departments, to enable a more efficient in-house legal department and empower the lawyers in your organization to be more productive.
